  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system(Pay Pal). We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way. Specialty Items - other than t-shirt or sweatshirts. Order processing time is approx. 7-10 days. Expedited & Overnight order cut off time is 1pm PST Monday-Friday. Expedited Shipping for our specialty items such as Mugs, etc. is based on product availability. Please contact us directly for more information prior to placing your order.
  • What shipping method do you use?
    Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
  • What is your return policy?
    We print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions. Specality - Custom Items If we made an error with your order, please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we'll correct the error. Please contact us at orders@wordsmatterseries.com for further information. All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
  • Can I cancel/modify my order?
